Performance Support Subscription (Remote & Blended)

Who is it for?

Maybe you are a professional athlete relying on their physical preparedness when the stakes are high, a developing athlete with serious aspirations, or simply someone with important personal objectives (perhaps getting over a stubborn or recurrent, debilitating injury);  if it's important to you and you're driven, the performance support subscription is for you. This service is all about building a long-term performance strategy.  I do not advocate gimmicks nor do I believe in quick fixes; I provide the road map and the strategy, but you must apply continuity and consistency.  In other words this is a "get out what you put in" scenario, returning little value without commitment on your part.

What can I expect?


A monthly subscription service which breaks down barriers, offering expert performance support regardless of circumstance - I help create solutions to deliver your objectives despite potentially limited resources. You choose whether to receive your support in-person, remotely or a blend of the two.​

 

Remote Performance Support Subscription 

As part of your subscription every month you will receive:

  •  An online review; (45minute);

  •  A training plan with instructional videos and a dedicated space to log your key tracking metrics. You will learn how to integrate "test sessions" to obtain these, enabling me to measure your progress objectively;

  •  An allowance for remote coaching/comms.  You can post video's for technical feedback, get advice on adapting your programme around weekly commitments, and report/evidence your progress metrics;

  •  Discounted adjunctive in-person or online coaching as and when you feel you need it.

Blended Performance Support Subscription

As part of your subscription every month you will receive:

  • In-person coaching & progress tracking (60 minute); 

  • A monthly training plan with instructional videos and a dedicated space to log your key tracking metrics;

  • An allowance for remote coaching/comms.  You can post video's for technical feedback, get advice on adapting your programme around weekly commitments, and report/evidence your progress metrics;​

  • Discounted adjunctive in-person or online coaching as and when you feel you need it.
